We keep this simple: we collect as little as possible and never sell your data.

What we collect

If you sign up to The Weekly Balance or request a free template, we collect your email address. That's all.

Our calculators run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into them is sent to us or saved.

How we use it

To send you the newsletter and anything you asked for, like the free spreadsheet. We use your consent as our legal basis, and you can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.

Who handles it

Our emails are sent through Kit (kit.com), which stores subscriber details on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Kit is based in the United States, so your email address is stored there, protected by the safeguards UK data protection law requires for international transfers. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe. After that we delete your details, except where we need a record that you opted out.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Email us at [email protected]. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
